I highly recommend David with Prime Plumbing. Very smart/knowledgeable. Great pricing, responsiveness. He fixed a long standing water quality issue i had, and was on target when my daughter’s house flooded and we couldn’t figure out why. I am looking for a new yard maintenance company - need them to also do weeding, mulching. Any suggestions appreciated.

REQUEST FROM CITY OF PLANT CITY–Do not put non storm related debris and trash on streets

The City of Plant City has done a wonderful job of picking up the massive amounts of debris and trash as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.  They will be finished by the end of this week picking up all storm related trash in Walden Lake and have asked we remind our residents to not put extra debris and trash in the roadways.  All trash needs to be contained in the City Trash Cart each resident has and regular debris on Wednesdays.  We thank each of you for keeping this in mind and please share with neighbors as well.

REQUEST FROM CITY OF PLANT CITY–Do not put non storm related debris and trash on streets

The Walden Lake master association board decided to postpone the garage sale scheduled for November 2 until sometime in February. This is because they were not sure if all of the debris from hurricane Milton could be picked up on time.

Calling all Emerald Forest neighbors who are interested in participating in the entry decorating for 2024. This group has a lot of fun and it’s a great way to meet some of your neighbors.
